Great location near a marina with a balcony that gets afternoon/evening sun. Easy check-in and check-out with key safe access. Well-equipped house with three toilets and two showers. Parking right outside. Good WiFi.
The high-end quality finish falls just short, but it's still a fantastic place. Could use some TLC with the decoration.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely property with everything we needed. the key safe made for easy check-in and check-out, and the location on the marina was perfect. the balcony was a great spot to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. the house was well equipped with three toilets and two showers, and parking was convenient. We enjoyed a beautiful canal walk nearby and the WiFi was reliable. It was a great place to stay!

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to nearby cities and the beautiful Lake District. We loved being able to walk along the canal bank, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, with its spaciousness and cleanliness. It was a cozy and comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The convenience of having a parking spot right next to the front door made our stay even more enjoyable.
While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The shower cubicle could have used a shower caddy to hold our toiletries, which would have been more convenient.

We had amazing value for our money at 8 Swan House Villa. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a good terrace overlooking the marina. The location was perfect for exploring Morcolme, Lancaster, the Lakes, and the Forest of Bowland. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Swan House Villa. The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures and description. It was exceptionally clean, well-presented, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - close to the M6 junction for easy travel to different places, and not too far from the Lakes. The view of the marina from the living area and master bedroom was stunning. We also enjoyed the tasty food served at the nearby Longlands pub/hotel. this was a great place for some much-needed relaxation and we would highly recommend it.

Convenient location near Kendal, Lancaster, and Lake District. Walking distance to a local pub. Surprisingly spacious and clean apartment. Easy car parking right by the front door. Canal walk nearby.

We had a great time during our romantic escape! the location was perfect for exploring Lancashire and the Lake District. We loved the small balcony overlooking the canal, it was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. the furnishings were of high quality and the kitchen was well-equipped. Having two bathrooms was a bonus, and the ground floor toilet was convenient. the parking space right outside the door was very convenient as well.
There were a couple of small issues during our stay. We had to purchase hand towels and hand soap for one of the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the little terrace/balcony overlooking the marina, it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. On top of that, having a pub right on our doorstep was a convenient bonus. The location was great too, great to easily visit Morcolme, Lancaster, the Lakes, and the Forest of Bowland. I highly recommend 8 Swan House for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was much larger than expected and it was spotlessly clean, warm, and comfortable. The car parking slot being right next to the front door made it super easy to unload the car. Amazing location near Kendal, Lancaster, and the Lake District. The nearby Longlands Pub was a great place to eat and socialize. Plus, the apartment was right next to the Lancaster canal, which offered fantastic walking along the canal bank.
Honestly, there wasn't anything not to like about this place. If I had to nitpick, maybe a little more attention to detail in the decoration could have made it a perfect 10/10.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to the motorway for travel and supermarkets nearby. the rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay, with ensuite bathrooms and a downstairs WC. the property provides a nice view of the marina, and there is a veranda where guests can relax. the beds are comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.
Some doors in the hotel were difficult to open, which could be improved.

The property is in a great location, close to the M6 junction and the Lakes. It has a nice living area overlooking the marina and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own en-suite and marina view. the local area offers nice walks along the canal and there is a decent pub nearby. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available.
Felt well taken care of, with nothing being too much trouble.

The location with a view over the marina was very pleasant. And the easy access onto the banks of the Lancaster canal was ideal for a walk. the apartment was well-equipped and in excellent condition without any negative issues. A real home from home where we could unwind and explore the nearby villages.
A minor issue outside was the limited effectiveness of the lighting on the access road to the apartment. It provided little illumination of the roadway and tended to blind one when driving at night.
